Spring temperatures are generally pleasant with clear skies over most of the western Mediterranean, including Kalkan. Towards the end of spring, you should expect an average daytime high of 30℃ and a minimum of 15℃ during the night. Among the main festivals in Kalkan and the region, you can witness many celebrations and other organizations organized for Cabotage festival, Jazz festival and National holidays.

Anyone who rents a holiday villa in and around Kalkan with G&T Holiday gets 24/7 unlimited access to our concierge service. If you want a private chef to shop for your fridge or cook dinner for someone's birthday or anniversary when you settle into your villa, just ask us. Making your holiday homes extra special is part of our service. While in Kalkan, our 24-hour ground staff is available on the phone or on WhatsApp.
Entry and exit procedures
You must check-in to your holiday rental villa between 15:00 and 19:00. We can adapt to different arrival times, of course, it is sufficient to inform our office staff in advance. Upon arrival, the villa owner or keeper will explain the property with you and the demo tools, equipment and utilities.
Check-out time is 10:00 on the last day of your holiday rental. The villa owner or keeper arrives at 9am to settle any outstanding payments, if any. If you want to leave earlier, just let us know in advance.
Cleaning
Both your luxury holiday villa and private swimming pool are cleaned before you arrive. All holiday villas have additional cleaning and pool/garden maintenance scheduled throughout the week. Extra services can be organized with our dedicated travel concierge team.
Bed linen and towels
Our holiday villa rentals include bed linen, bath and swimming pool towels for all guests. These are given on a weekly basis. Extra services and changes can be organized through our concierges.
