This route, which starts from Ovacık Mevkii of Fethiye and ends in Antalya Geyikbayırı, took its name from the Lycians.

The Lycian Way is divided into three main branches as Western, Central and Eastern Lycian and consists of 30 tracks. Each track leads to the most beautiful spots in Turkey. The Lycian Way, passing through points such as Fethiye Ölüdeniz, Kabak Bay, Butterfly Valley, Kalkan, Kaş, Kekova, Patara, Demre, Mount Olympos, Çıralı and Göynük Canyon, is therefore very valuable. While walking the Lycian Way, you sometimes pass by steep slopes and sometimes by the shore of the deep blue sea, and you feel the spirit of nature to your bones.

While walking on the Lycian road, you encounter almost twenty ancient cities and take a stroll through the corridors of history. Red and white lines guide you on the tracks determined by the Grande Randonnée sign system. You can determine the course of the difficulty level you want and the duration of the walk. If you want to travel the entire Lycian Way, you have to sacrifice a period of 25 to 40 days.
