After entering the page of the villa you like on our site and you want to make a reservation for, after checking the availability calendar for the dates you want to book, if our villa is available, select the dates to enter and exit the villa from the "Quick Booking Request" window on that page, then select the number of people to stay and press the "Calculate Price" button. needed. After these processes, the duration of the stay, the total amount for the reservation, the deposit payment, and the remaining amount to be paid at the entrance of the villa will be written under the window. If you confirm this information, you need to fill in the blanks under this information and press the "Submit Reservation Request" button. Then your request will reach us. If the request you have sent is suitable, an e-mail containing the payment information will be sent to you so that you can make a prepayment. You will be given a 24-hour option to make a prepayment, and if the payment is received within this period, your reservation will be confirmed.
Under normal conditions, the factor that determines the number of people who can stay in the villas is the capacity of the villa. That is, as many as the capacity can be accommodated. For example, you cannot stay 7-8 people in a 4-person villa. However, in some of our villas, since the sofa in the living room will be suitable for 1 person to sleep, an extra person may come to stay above the villa capacity, provided that they sleep on the sofa.

Our prices are taken as villa fee, not on a per person basis. In other words, when you pay for a villa, you will be able to provide accommodation with as many people as the person capacity of that villa.
You can pay your prepayment by CREDIT CARD or by wire transfer/EFT method.
Since the location of each villa is different, it varies from villa to villa, but there is a "Distance Chart" on its own page for each villa and you can choose the market, restaurant, sea, etc. for that villa. You can see the distance to places.
On the date you book the villa, he will come to our office in the center of Kalkan, and the rest of the reservation procedures (identification notification, collection of the remaining fee) will be handled, and our office vehicle will accompany you to your villa and show you the way.
Services and facilities not included in the price of the villa:

-Cleaning inside the villa during the stay in the villa

Our guests under the age of 18 can stay in our villas accompanied by their parents. Otherwise, if the age of all our guests staying in the villa is under the age of 18, reservations cannot be made.
Our villas with pool heating are working actively between 1 October and 1 May. If the pool heating fee is not written as a NOTE in the description of the villa, the heating fee is included in the price, and you will not have to pay any extra. However, if there is an extra fee in the description, you will have to pay extra for pool heating.
