Reservation Conditions

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND RETURNS

The prepayment amount of the villa/apartment/apartment amount deposited to our account and paid by Credit Card (via EFT, or by Wire Transfer, or by Credit Card "in one shot or in installments", or in Advance, or by Mail Order) will be transferred to the villa. In the cancellations made to the /apartment/apartment, your full prepayment fee will be burned, because all of this payment has been made as a prepayment to the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment. You have to pay the remaining amount to us in advance at the entrance to the villa/apartment/apartment.

The customer can cancel their trip before the trip begins. The customer's notice of cancellation is sent to GT Holiday Tourism Real Estate Construction Trade Limited Company. It is obligatory to make written notifications to ŞTİ and not written notifications cannot be accepted.

In case of cancellation, GT Holiday Tourism Real Estate Construction Trade Limited Company. It will receive certain percentages over the total costs of the services specified in the travel agreement in order to cover the precautions and expenses taken by ŞTİ regarding travel. These amounts were determined as follows.

Cancellation conditions;

1) There is no refund of the deposit sent for reservation,

2) If the full payment is made, 70% will be refunded to the account number you will send and 30% deposit will be deducted.

In line with the customer's own request, GT Holiday Tourism Real Estate Construction Trade Limited Company pays the entire price of the villa/apartment/flat. In case of payment to ŞTİ (by EFT, money order, cash or credit card in one withdrawal), 30% (thirty percent) of the paid amount will be refunded for cancellations made up to 30 days before the villa/apartment/apartment. The remaining 70% (seventy percent) will be returned to the account number you will inform. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this money. Because 30% (thirty percent) of this price has been paid to the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment.

If the reservation cancellation takes place 15 days or less before the entry date to the villa/apartment/apartment, or if you do not enter the villa/apartment/apartment and you do not have any accommodation in the villa/apartment/apartment, the total travel fee you have paid will not be refunded to the customer.

The customer has paid the prepayment amount for the villa he has kept, and there is no transfer to another villa.

GT Holiday Tourism Real Estate Construction Trade Limited Company. Material damage, commission fee etc. to be borne by the Republic of Turkey, bank or banks to ŞTİ. Such loads are deducted from the money to be returned to the customer.

For any reason, GT Holiday Tourism Real Estate Construction Trade Limited Company. In case of cancellation by ŞTİ, this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apartment/apartment available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be proposed to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be returned to the customer.

In addition, some of our villas/apartments/apartments are private (indicated on the villa/apartment/apartment website detail page), the entire deposit paid and these villas/apartments/flats are exclusive to our villas/apartments/apartments (specified on the villa/apartment/apartment website; For villas/apartments/apartments for which the full price must be paid), the total rental price of the villas/apartments/apartments is collected from the customer. Even if the reservation is canceled, no fee will be refunded.

If the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, GT Holiday Tourism Real Estate Construction Trade Limited Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question, not to reimburse the previously paid fee and to make another reservation for this villa/apartment/apartment. Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (e.g. by e-mail or by registered letter with return receipt). Reservation cancellations made by talking over the phone are definitely not valid. GT Holiday Tourism Real Estate Construction Trade Limited Company is responsible for not using the villa/apartment/apartment for a reason arising from the fault of the customer or the termination of the contract without duly written notification, provided that this contract is valid from the reservation confirmation with the explicit declaration of the parties. ŞTİ cannot be held responsible. All of the price shown in the contract becomes due on the agreed delivery date of the villa/apartment/apartment and GT Holiday Tourism Real Estate Construction Trade Limited Company All legal rights of ŞTİ in this regard are reserved.
